The Winco SPJH-104PF Full Size Perforated Steam Pan, 4″ Deep can be used in commercial kitchens for a variety of draining applications. Boasting a perforated structure, this pan allows excess liquid and condensation to drain out while its 22 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel construction makes it rust and warp resistant.
This perforated steam pan has an anti-jam design, which allows it to be stacked with additional pans without getting stuck. For added convenience, it has a narrow outer rim that makes it easy to lift and transport.
