The ARY VacMaster BS116 impulse heat sealer uses the latest technology to allow different types of bags to be sealed quickly and easily. It has a 16″ seal bar that creates a wide 5mm seal. Impulse time is 7 seconds and is controlled by switch mounted on the unit.
When power is off, the seal bar is in its lowered position. When powered on, the upper seal bar raises. After a bag is placed between the bars and the operator presses the side-mounted switch, the upper bar automatically lowers. The bag is then automatically sealed and after a two second cooling interval the upper bar lifts automatically and the sealer is ready for another bag.
Please note that the ARY VacMaster BS116 is a sealer only, it is not a vacuum and does not extract air. This sealer will work on standard 3 mil and 4 mil PET clear bags made for commercial vacuum sealing and on bags made for consumer vacuum machines, as well as plain poly bags. (The BS116 does not seal mylar bags.)
This sealer can be used with plain poly bags. It can also be used to accomplish de-facto vac sealing by using vac-sealing bags and including oxygen absorber packets in the bag before sealing. Commercial vac sealer bags or embossed consumer-type vac bags can be used for this.
