Description
The ARY VacMaster VP680 commercial chamber vacuum sealer is the largest of the single chambered vacuum sealers in the VacMaster line and is designed to meet the high capacity demands of industrial or commercial vacuum packaging operations. With a large chamber configuration you can vacuum package large portions or a series of smaller portions with ease. The VP680 cycles automatically when you close the lid. When the sealing cycle is complete, the vacuum releases and the lid lifts automatically, ready for your next package. Vacuum time and heat impulse duration are separately adjustable.
The VP680 uses a heavy duty rotary oil, 3 HP Busch vacuum pump and features three seal bars (front and both sides). A sealing option switch allows selection of which seal bar or combination of seal bars will be in use. The left and right side-mounted seal bars are 19.5″ long and the front seal bar is 37″ long. The chamber is covered by a full-view unbreakable polycarbonate lid. For vacuum sealing packages that don’t completely fill the chamber, the total cycle time can be cut dramatically by placing poly spacing boards into the bottom of the vacuuming chamber to reduce the amount of extractable air.
The VP680 is equipped with an optional gas flush system for modified atmosphere packaging and is on rolling casters to make it convenient to move from work station to storage. This machine is ideal for fish and meat processors, supermarkets, labs, sous vide applications and much more.
