Description
World-famous Silpat® Nonstick Silicone Mats promote even cooking and keep food from sticking without greasing cookie sheets and jelly roll pans. The original Silpat mat incorporates glass fiber within the mat to keep it very flat. Can be trimmed with a scissors to fit smaller pans if desired. Silpat is effective in temperatures from -40° F to 500° F.
