Description
Prior to the fall of 2023 all Rofco ovens came with temperature dial knobs that read up to 300 celsius even though the oven is not designed to be set any higher than 250 celsius. Beginning in the fall of 2023 Rofco ovens began coming with knobs that read up to 250 celsius, instead.
The 250C knob is not calibrated the same way as the 300C knob is, so if your oven came with a 300C knob, the 250C knob will not work accurately with it. Your replacement knob needs to match the style that came on your oven.
