- GRIDDLE TOP: A heavy-duty, 328-square-inch cold rolled steel griddle surface delivers even heat for optimum cooking performance. It has a rear slot to deposit excess grease and legs that allow it to hang from the griddle rail when not in use.

- BTU RATING: This grill has a 45,000 BTU rating. *BTU is a measurement of energy used by your grill and is not related to how hot it will get. Grills with lower BTUs burn less fuel to cook your food.
